Q: How can I sell my house quick ?

Q: Will you ask for a reduction after a structural survey ?
A: No. Unlike conventional homebuyers and unscrupulous traders we will not chip away at the price due to minor problems with the survey, These typically come in usually at the last minute and are a powerful tool for the buyer, but very frustrating for yourself.
Problems post survey are one of the biggest reasons for  of a sale falling through. As professional traders any minor repairs required are taken into account of in our offer prior to a survey. Pillar Properties have never withdrawn from an agreed sale.

Q: Will you pay my estate agents valuation of the property ?
A: We pay a fair trade price for your house based on the  open market sales price. We take the resale risk further down the line after you have moved on with your life. In return for a fair trade price you receive the numerous benefits detailed on this site.
We guarantee we will not come back to you at key stages (when you are committed and looking forward to your funds)  and request further reductions, or mess you around whilst we find a buyer for your home.  Watch out for these unethical ploys from other purchasers.

Q: My property has potential for development. Will I benefit from this opportunity?
A: Yes. Some properties we have purchased have gone on to be redeveloped. The seller received further funds as a share of the profits when the redeveloped property was sold.

Q: What about my estate agent – will they mind me selling direct to you?
A: They will lose their commission on the eventual sale. Whereas you have saved that expense and can use it as extra funds towards your new home.
You have a right to sell direct, the agent can generally only claim a commission if the introduction was through them.

Q: I am worried over the process of selling to a property investor
A: No need to worry, we offer a down to earth, no pressure approach to the whole issue. You have more to reason to fear going down the Estate agent route.

Q: I am in arrears with mortgage payments - can you still help me ?
A: Yes, we usually can, as long as you have some equity in the property. When selling your property to us we give you the opportunity to live there as tenants if you wish.
At a later stage we can even offer our "Rent to Buy" option so that you can buy the house back from us at a fair price (agreed in advance). We have even been able to help people who were within hours of being evicted - so contact us now, it is never too late! You may need to sell your house quick
